Wednesday, February 7, 2018 — Florida Historic Capitol Museum
The conference begins on Wednesday afternoon with a legislative briefing session that provides up-to-the-minute information and status of the major education related bills and funding proposals that are under consideration by the Legislature. Participants will receive a comprehensive packet of information and resource materials to assist in their advocacy efforts. The legislative briefing session will be followed by a reception. We are pleased that both of these events will be held in the beautiful Florida Historic Capitol Museum.
Thursday, February 8, 2018 — DoubleTree Hotel Ballroom
Thursday morning begins with a networking breakfast at which representatives from Governor Scott’s office, legislative leaders, and members of the State Board of Education are invited to offer their perspective on key issues.
