2025 FSBA ANNUAL SPONSOR APPLICATION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Application for the Florida School Boards Association (FSBA) Annual Sponsor Program must be submitted on the electronic form above, created by FSBA, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion for any reason, to accept or reject a potential sponsor. Upon acceptance, applicants will be provided with a registration link for annual sponsorship. Payment is accepted by credit card or check. Applicants will not be entitled to sponsorship benefits until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of payment, all agreements are final. Upon acceptance, sponsors will be asked to customize their Annual Sponsorship Plan by, on a first come first serve basis, choosing from specific sponsorship opportunities available throughout the calendar year. Some opportunities have limited availability and,
upon having the maximum available selected, will no longer be accessible for the calendar year, regardless of sponsorship level. It is the responsibility of the sponsor to customize their
sponsorship plan. In addition, it is the responsibility of the sponsor to maximize the value of their selected sponsorship level. Acceptance by FSBA of an application for sponsorship does not entitle the sponsor to an exclusive sponsorship arrangement with respect to any service or product offered.
