Join us for the 80th FSBA/FADSS Annual Joint Conference, the premier gathering of Florida’s governance leaders in education. This milestone event brings together school board members, superintendents, district staff, and education stakeholders to collaborate, exchange ideas, and shape the future of public education.

Attendees will gain insights from nationally recognized keynote speakers, participate in interactive workshops, and engage in expert-led discussions focused on the most pressing challenges and opportunities facing Florida’s schools. Beyond the sessions, the conference offers invaluable networking opportunities to build connections and partnerships that strengthen leadership and support student success.

This dynamic event is a collaborative effort of FSBA, FADSS, FELL, FERMA, FSBAA, and SUNSPRA.

While pre-conference sessions and meetings take place on Tuesday, the official Opening Session begins Wednesday morning. Review the tentative agenda to plan your arrival accordingly.

Conference Registration Fees

The fees listed below cover Wednesday (Dec. 3) – Friday (Dec. 5) of the conference. *Chairmanship Academy will be held on Tuesday (Dec. 2) for an additional fee. Please see below.

FSBA’s Chairmanship Academy prepares board chairs and vice chairs with the guidance they need to be successful. This workshop includes tips, tactics, and techniques to build effective governance teams, conduct meaningful meetings, and fulfill governance responsibilities while focusing efforts to improve student learning and achievement. Hotels

WHAT TO DO IF THE GRAND HYATT ROOM BLOCK IS FULL
We understand this can be frustrating, but it’s common for our conferences. Rooms at the Grand Hyatt often reopen as cancellations come in over the next few weeks. These will be added back into the block. Since the hotel’s cut-off date is November 3, we recommend checking the link regularly in October. In the meantime, reserve a room at the overflow hotel as a backup.

WHAT TO DO IF THE OVERFLOW BLOCK IS FULL
If the Hyatt Place Tampa Airport/Westshore block is full, you may still book at the hotel’s retail rate. Their rates remain very reasonable. Book here
