All Florida Constitutional Officers must fulfill the state-mandated ethics requirement by December 31, 2024. Completion must be reported on your Form 6 Financial Disclosure Form.
- The Florida Association of District School Superintendents (FADSS) will offer free training, available by early October. Details will be shared on this page and in our weekly newsletter once the 2024 training is released.

**Ethics training is NOT required for School Board Members the year they are elected but we highly encourage them to view the free training.**
