SB 1216 (school board term limits by Gruters) has been placed on the agenda in the Senate Rules Committee for Monday, March 2 at noon. You can find contact information for the committee members HERE. If the bill passes this committee, it will then be ready for the Senate Floor. The bill already passed the House by a 3/5 vote and must pass both chambers by 3/5 to be placed on the ballot in November.
