The Florida Department of Education advised school districts Wednesday morning to suspend state end-of-course exams in civics, U.S. history and biology after receiving several calls from across the state that students were struggling to log in to their tests.
“We don’t know right now what exactly is causing it,” DOE spokeswoman Meghan Collins told the Gradebook. “We’ve got all hands on deck.”
About 600,000 students are scheduled to take the exams. They have a four-week window to complete them.
