The Florida Department of Education released Emergency Order 2020-EO-02 earlier today to address many concerns related to COVID-19 and pandemic-related school closures. The Department, and other state agencies, were granted the authority to suspend the provisions of certain regulatory statute in Executive Order 20-52 (Section 4, paragraph B).
