Rounding out his list of appointees to the powerful Constitution Revision Commission Friday, Gov. Rick Scott tapped members of his inner circle and current and former appointees to other posts. Those who have worked for the governor who now will serve on the panel with the power to put proposals directly before voters next year include his former general counsel Tim Cerio and his political consultant and data guru Brecht Heuchan as well as the state’s education commissioner Pam Stewart and Nicole Washington, the governor’s former education budget head.
