Yesterday, Governor DeSantis issued EO 20-123, announcing that Florida will move into “full Phase 1” of its re-opening plan, effective Monday, May 18. Full Phase 1 will include the re-opening of gyms and allowing restaurant capacity up to 50% indoors.
